Natural therapy

Physical therapy, also known as physical therapy, is a medical specialty that uses natural techniques and exercises to improve and enhance movement and bodily functions, reduce pain and eliminate disability, and promote general health. Physiotherapy aims to help individuals recover and improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance and coordination after they have sustained injuries or after they have developed health conditions that affect their physical capabilities.

Mobility and stretching exercises: Strengthen muscles, improve flexibility and control movement.

Massage and Chiropractic: Relieve muscle tension and improve blood flow.

Heat and cold therapy: Using heat or cold to relieve pain and reduce inflammation.

Electrical stimulation: The use of electrical impulses to stimulate muscles and improve motor control.

Hydrotherapy: the use of water to reduce stress on the body and exercises done in water.

Breathing techniques and pulmonary rehabilitation: to improve respiratory functions.

Guidance and Education Therapy: Advice and education on how to improve lifestyle and avoid new injuries.

Gait and movement training: to help restore movement after injuries or surgeries.

Physiotherapy is widely used in various medical fields, such as rehabilitation treatment after injuries and surgeries, treatment of chronic diseases and reducing the effects of aging on movement, treatment of diseases affecting the respiratory and heart systems, and working with people with disabilities to improve their motor abilities. Physiotherapy is usually performed by qualified professionals known as physiotherapists or therapeutic physiotherapists.
